We advise these covers to be worn when the gown has a more sheer or embroidered, detailed approach. The reason being that a definite visual line around the nipple can be distracting, while the flower detail will create a soft, organic colour change around the nipple. Although in any gown this won't be on show most of the time, keeping it in mind is essential.

Under almost every fabric, yes — the floral border is laser-cut into the same feather-thin silicone and tapers gradually into the skin. For the single most transparent fabrics, the straight edge sits marginally flatter, but for the great majority of gowns the difference is not visible.
Start with clean, dry skin — no moisturiser, oil or fake tan residue. Peel the backing film, position the cover centrally, then press flat from the middle outwards to push out trapped air. Air at the edge is what creates a visible outline.
